Our Rosemary bushes are to large in diameter, what is the best way to cut them in.

I believe the best way is to prune 1/3 growth off each branch every 3 weeks. This will promote more growth at the end of the branches. Then prune them 1/3 each every 3 weeks. You can take out branches that are too close together. Give cuttings away as gifts for memory and dried for chicken & turkey recipes.
