What are the watering and fertilization requirements for a Hollywood Juniper in the central Florida environment?  Are there any problems to watch out for?

Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Watering can be reduced after establishment. Feed with a general purpose fertilizer before new growth begins in spring. Pruning time: summer.

I assume it is already planted--water with 1 inch of water--place a pan under the tree and turn the sprinkler on and when the pan has 1 inch of water in it stop. Do this once a week if it does not rain. Stop when the hardwood leaves fall. Fertilize with 10-10-10 fertilizer at the rate of 1 lb per inch of trunk diameter scattered around the tree and watered in good-apply just before a rain storm and you will not need to water. Best to fertilize in early spring, and again in mid fall - avoid feeding during hot summer months, and directly after transplanting.

They have few pest that would need to be controlled.
