how long does it take to form picther

Question
Hi, i just got a nepenthes deroose alata and i just whanted to know how long will
a pitcher form, i live in california and i put my plant in a west window.

Answer
Hi Aaron,

If temperatures are warm, and you keep your plant well watered, you should see new pitchers in 3-4 weeks.  You'll see them starting to develop long before that, but from start to opening is about that long.

Good Growing!
