I recently purchased some plants online from a company I won't name.  They came with what I believe is Aphids.  I saw your video - what is the name on the bottle of insecticide that you are using - I can't read the bottle on the you tube video.

It is this product:  http://www.bayeradvanced.com/rose-flower-care/products/dual-action-rose-flower-i...  The 3-in-1 spray is also fine to use.  It contains a fungicide also that we've found safe on most CP.
