Question
Hey guys,
I made a new batch of potting mix today and used Whitney Farms peat moss as part of the ingredients. I just wanted to know, since you did mention in the dvd to buy the big bales, if this brand adds fertilizer to their peat moss? If so, should I should repot?

Hi Mat,

From what I can tell their peat moss is fine.  Just watch your plants, especially sundews and Flytraps.  If they start to decline for no reason, transplant to peat moss from a bale.  Even though it's a little big, a 2 cubic foot bale is a much better deal, and it will last a long time if kept dry.
