Drosera T-Form

Question
T-Form
T-Form
I have a T-Form sundew that I feel seems to be unhealthy, from what I've heard, these sundews are supposed to at least be slightly red, however my sundews are almost completely devoid of red color aside from when the leaves are first coming out, there are at least 3 or 4 plants within two square inches and I was wondering if maybe that could be causing the discoloration, and if not, what else could I be doing wrong? The plants have 8+ hours of sun per day and I live in Miami, Florida

Answer
Based on your photo, your plant looks perfectly healthy.  Good job!  Some forms of Drosera binata will remain green regardless of the amount of sunlight.  It's all about genetics.  You're doing nothing wrong.  That's how that specific plant is supposed to look.

Good growing!
