Answer
Hi Jim,  That is scale over your citrus and greening aborts the fruit so it does not take hold.
I am an organic grower and use Atomic Grow on all my plants.  I have no greening, leaf minor or fungus on my plants.  Along with a good slow release fertilizer it is all you need.  AG is organic made from food which raises the brix in the plant which is sugar.  The more sugar in a plant the healthier it becomes and bugs go elsewhere.  Our plants are so deprived of nutrients as our soil is depleated of such.  The product also makes your fruit sweeter as the sugar levels are high.  Good bugs and beneficals will benefit and make your trees beautiful again.  Depending on the extent of damage it may take awhile for it to take hold but each new flush of leaves lets you know it works.  Your leaves will be cleaned of all dust and film so the sun can penetrate the leaves and it will also help during stress of winter and summer keeping more water in the plant.  You could also use an insecticide however they are poison and will poison your fruit, so it is a no win situation.  kathy
