disease on yard plants

i have this green grey curly disease on alot of my plants, roses, scrubs, peach tree, also a moss growing with it like dear moss. the plants don't die but are very stunted. it seems to be spreading to other plants. I live near the beginning of ocala forest and need to get this under control.....thank you kathy.........jenna, freds wife

Hi Frederick...being these are all woodys, it is possible that problem is lichens which will not harm your plants.  If moss is growing around your plants, I have to think to wet.  Neem Oil will help with almost any problem and does not wash off.  Once sprayed it only would need to be re-applied to the new growth.  It is a miticide and fungicide.  Alters the taste of the leaves so the bad bugs have no food and the good bugs are there to eat them.  It is organic and does not harm or imbalance animal life.  Snails, slugs, white flies, mealy bugs, you name it are stopped in their tracks.  Plants usually suffer two ways not enough water or too much.  Not enough sun, too much.  Keeping this in mind you should be able to get those stubborn plants moving.  Hope this helps.
