THE LEAVES ARE REAL CRINKLED, AND ALMOST LOOK SICK, ANY IDEAS? THE TREE IS IN THE SUN BUT THERE IS A TREE IN FRONT OF IT, BUT NOT ENOUGH SO THAT IT DOES NOT GET SUN.

Hi Deb, If the leaves are crinkled there is probably something under it that is sucking the life out of the leaves.  I believe your snow ball bush is a viburnam?  They are susceptible to insects.  You can spray with an insecticidal spray or use something organic like pure neem oil spray by Dyna Grow, or Atomic Grow that will make you tree clean and healthy so the bugs go elsewhere.  kathy
