I have just recieved my Problem Animal Control Permit from the state of Mass. I want to subscrib to Wildlife Control Technology Magazine but haveing no luck in finding application form. I also need advice on starting a small buisness in my area.Insurance co.info.ect.Can you give me any advice that will help me get started?

Congratulations.  Let me suggest a few things for you.
first join MAPAC, http://www.mapac.org   it is the massachusetts Assoc. of Problem Animal Controllers.

Second, join NWCOA, the National Wildlife Control Operators Association. They have an insurance program and credit card program that would be difficult to beat.  http://www.nwcoa.com

As for wildlife control technology magazine, you can learn more about them at http://www.wctech.com   but if you join NWCOA, you can add the subscription for only 15 dollars more (which is a five dollar savings.
