whats your location first and why do you think they are moles ? they Could be Voles or aka meadow mice
I live in Northeast Georgia. They are digging tunnels,and are leaving raised up places in the yard.

If not go to a store or LESCO that sells a product called Telpreid for Moles it works if their are no other worms or grubs they are posioned white worms . $50.00 a box you will need a certain amount for all the areas affected. you put it in the holes and cover them up !
