Hey saw your bio on the all experts site - need some help with a Bobcat problem -
We live in the desert and I have tried trapping this bugger but he must be a smart one - He keeps visiting where my pool equipment is it is a nice enclose area that he can drop inot form a wall that surrounds it and leaving waste and digging holes not to mention chewing off all of my water tips - I have tried luring him in with an open can of sardines but to no avail so far -

No pets or livesstock are in the area - although I am sure there are pack rats in and around the area -

His prey of choice seems to be birds and pack rats so far, cause I keep finding their carcusses in around where his wastes are  - I even trapped a pack rat left it alive in the pack rat trap then iinserted it into the bob cat trap and still didn't catch him

Any suggestions ? Maybe poultry in the trap ? Or red meat ?
Any help would be appreciated

Hi

I don't have any trapping expertise concerning bobcat.  I do make an electronic audio deterrent that has worked well.  It makes a cougar sound that is instinctively recognized by bobcat. Cougar kill bobcat. Here is my website
