Do you have any info on what varieties of flowers that deer will not eat?  My wife is getting frustrated with replanting her flower garden with flowers that people say deer will not eat.

I doubt such a plant exists. All you can say is that some plants are less favored than others. but food stressed deer will eat bark and if they will eat bark they will certainly eat flowers if the alternative is bark. The bottom line is how many deer per square mile are there in your area? If its high, then there is nothing she can do other than fence and/or allow hunting which unfortunately, more and more people oppose.
