insect identification

Question
Please help me identify these insects. I usually find them dead and they resemble a termite swarmer but I cannot be sure. They are dark colored with 2 pairs of equal length wings which are about the same length as their bodies. They have antenna that are not bent like an ants. From the photos I have seen of termites they have wings which are much longer then their bodies unlike the ones i find. I find 3 - 4 a week. Any ideas? I will upload a photo if I find another one. I did have a pest control guy come and look at them he had a difficult time since they were so small, but eventually thought they were ants.

Answer
Matt,

If you post a photo I'd be glad to take another look but my guess is these were ants. Most pest control folks would be able to easily tell the difference between ants and termites. See http://www.livingwithbugs.com/termite.html for a drawing of a winged termite.
