Organic treatment of yellow leaf on tomato plant

Question
I checked out some comments on this sight about yellowing leaves on tomato plants, but here's the thing... I live in Seville, Spain.  The tomatoes are happily growing on the roof in an extremely large pot along with some basil, marigolds, and oregano. (I've got the marigolds between the tomatoes and oregano.) They have been doing great, but now the yellow leaf thing, I'd say maybe I was being generous with the water, but it has been between 35 and 45 degrees Celcius here and I don't want them to dry out in our arid climate.  If this is blight, or some other disease I got from the soil, which was not recycled, is there any way to get rid of this fungus or disease without using heavy duty chemicals?  I've already got 15 tomatoes on their way and I don't want to lose them, nor eat nasty chemical stuff.  Helppppp!

Answer
Hi michelle;
Could be the soil is too acid. Adding lime to the soil will fix that.
It could also ne a lack of magnesium. disolve some epsom salts in water and water with that.
One of those should take care of the problem.
I jhad to search for tis information, and I noticed some yellow leaves on my tomato plants, I am going to try the Epsom Salts first, remove the yellow leaves, and watch for a few days to see if i get new yellow leaves. If I do, I will use lime than.
good luck to you and to me, with the to,maoes.
NOTHING tastes better than a vine ripened tomato.
