Sugar on lawn/pests?

Question
Hi, Charlotte.  I was researching the use of corn gluten meal on lawns, and found your page.  I love the idea of using something as inexpensive and "harmless" as sugar to control weeds, but wonder if the sugar itself doesn't draw pests such as ants and other nasty bugs.  What's your experience on this?  I'm not sure how to get back to see whether you answer this, or when (since your computer is down).  I'll try to find the answer in the next few weeks or so, and am hoping you'll have an answer for me:-)  Thanks, Nancy

Answer
Hm, do not understand this.
I answered this last night, then went in and changed that notice on my profile.
Now today, my answer to you is not there.
So here we go again.LOL
It doesn't attract any insects because you water it in well, besides, the organic, healthy enviornment attratch lawn crutters that eat ants, slugs, grubs and all the other pests, so you don't have to deal with them anymore.
