crabgrass between bluestone

Question
Long Island Gardener, you have been so helpful to me with this. Based on your answer, I just have one more question. How would I grow moss someplace?
-------------------------------------------
The text above is a follow-up to ...

-----Question-----
what is the best way to keep weeds out of the cracks between the bluestone in the driveway?
-----Answer-----
If you want to grow moss between those cracks -- as in Blue Flagstone -- let me know.  Otherwise, you can wipe them out with regular Blowtorching.

Start early and keep handy for regular use.  A little propane torch will keep everything neat and weed-free with no residual toxins.

Boiling water and vinegar (mixed) also work.

Answer
Moss.  Never needs mowing. Never needs fertilizing.  MUST HAVE SHADE, MOISTURE (as in Clay Soil), and LOW PH to grow with vigor.

The Japanese love it.  There are Moss Gardens in Japan that were originally planted in the 1800s.

Many Westerners, however, an overwhelming disdain for Moss -for every question I get from a person asking how to cultivate Moss, there are 5 asking me how they can get rid of it.

If your soil is poor, acidic, compacted and has terrible drainage, you can grow Moss.  Moss also needs serious shade.

It's not like growing anything you've ever grown before.  It's not even a green plant.  If you are interested in a major backyard gardening project, let me know and I will lay out the work step by step.
