Question
Are there any homemade organic crabgrass killers that will
not harm my exsisting grass.  Everything I have read tells
me vinegar, salt and dishsoap will kill my healthy grass.

Help!!!!

I know of no organic product to treat crabgrass.  I have read of corn meal gluten products, but have no expertise with them.

Try the Long Island Gardener who may have experience.

Other than mechanical removal, having a healthy lawn and chemicals, there appears to be no remedy.  A turf which covers the ground will keep out crabgrass.
