Question
I fought the lawn and the lawn won.  I have seeded the patches on my lawn where I dug up the weeds, 2 days ago.

I've noticed grubs have appeared immensely along both sides of my walkway.  I bought Bayer grub preventor, is it Ok to use this now since I just seeded my lawn?

It wouldn't hurt the seed, but it won't do anything for the grubs.  As the name implies, it is a preventer, not a cure.

You'll need to get a 24 hour grub killer, which Bayer also produces. That'll kill the grubs that are present.  Next June, apply the preventer.
