Question
How long should you wait before reseeding after lawn has been chemically burned off?  Chemicals used were Dimension(dithiopyr) and TruPower 2 (2,4-D, mecoprop, dicamba)

Hi Theresa,

You'll have problems for a good 4 months after that. To circumvent this problem, get some liquid activated charcoal and spray it down on the soil. Let it get watered in. The charcoal will absorb and neutralize the chemicals in a day or two, which will then allow you to seed right away.

Just make sure to follow the labeled instructions on the charcoal bottle. Here's a link that will also be of help to you.
