We are finishing off our parking pad. It is made with a clay mix and now we are adding pit run and then gravel on top on that. At what stage would we put down the landscape weed barrier or is that what you would advice?

between the pit run and the gravel. So long as it is good clean washed gravel anyway. I am thinking that your pit run has some smaller particles and possibly some dirt mixed in? The problem is, that we have different names for materials and aggregates all across north america. Pit run is common, but I have seen different varieties of it. Good luck with your project.
