Can you recommend some fast growing bushes/trees for a shady area in Georgia that will cover the neighbors eyesore yard?  Thanks.

(By the way, I didn't see a very popular screening evergreen plant on his list - Leyland Cypress - so there may be some local issue as to why it isn't there - OR maybe I read his article too quickly!!)
