Question
The backyard of my house is slopped down to my house and also lowers than house抯 back yard behind my house. The wetness of my back yard is getting worse since I moved to the house in April-2004.  At first I thought was my fault I have been over watering. I reduced the duration of sprinkles, but it didn't work. I turned off the sprinkles, but it didn抰 work. I changed the timer of the sprinkles, and it didn抰 work. I also capped the sprinkles head at different location of my backyard and areas just next to the foundation of my foundation of my house because it was very wet.  This year the fruit trees alongside of the rear fence are dying.  I removed one tree and the hole was fill of water and emptied, but it was still filled again. After few times I emptied the water. Now the hole has little water. I also talked to the owner of house behind me to monitor duration sprinkles of his backyard, but I don抰 think all this water is coming from one house.
Please I need a remedy for the water issue.
