Digital display says PR OFF. The circuit works, just wondering what this means?

Hey Helen, when the display shows you PR OFF this means that either there is no 110 volt power to the controller, or it has blown the fuse. If the controller still turns on the valves, then the controller panel is probably going bad. Thanks and have a great day.
