Sprinkler heads do not shut off automatically

Question
I have a 1993 RD-1200 Hardie system. The sprinklers on some of the runs do not shut down automatically. One line remains open all the time and most of the others will not shut off unless I turn off the water supply. Two lines will shut down automatically. Whats up?

Answer
Hi Russell

This is caused by:

1- Faulty selenoids al those valves, replace the selenoids or
2- The controller continues sending the 24v at those valves, replace the controller or
3- the valves has dirt inside, clean it or
4- the valves diaphragms become damaged, replace it.
