Jim, Do you know if a Hunter mini click rain sensor is compatible with a Rainbird ESP 8 station controller? If so, could you point me to a wiring diagram that might help wiring this up.

Hey Matt, it's real simple. In the back of the controller, at the top left side, you sill notice two screws marked "sen" for sensor. There will be a jumper wire across them. Un- loosen the screws and remove this jumper wire. Now hook one of the wires from the rain sensor to one of the screws, and the other wire to the opposite screw. Thats all you do.
