Hi Jan,

Thanks for your question.  I believe this is a Calla Lilly (Zantedeschia), also called Arum Lilly.  There are many hybrids and colors - this might be the one called "Piccaso".  Compare it with other photos - you can use google images to do this.  That finger in the center is called a spadix.  It is actually the real flower and should turn yellow with pollen as the flower ages.
