Question
I hav been trying to find a certified organic potting soil for my vegetables seeds and can't find none.  The store I used to get it from does not carried it no more.

Second question.  I have a serious problem with squash bugs/borer because my neigbor will not clean up her garden at the end of the summer.  Now I get biten by them, is there any help that works (organically not using chemicals)

Sorry I have not information about the organic soil. But you can use your own soil for germinate the seeds. Then you can use your own organic compost( such as any leaves and greens)to mix with your own soil.

For the second question I have no idea You can search any  plant protection agency then ask them how to take care it.
