potato flowers going to seed

Question
Dear Wenwei, I am growing the French variety of potatoes called CAESAR and they have produced lots of white flowers, many of which have now gone to seed and look like green tomatoes.  As the crop will not be ready for digging for some weeks should I remove them or allow them to ripen and plant the seed?  I live close to the massif cantral in France and I didn't plant these potatoes until the beginning of June.  thanks for your help, kindest regards Jane

Answer
Dear Jane:
I am so sorry to type it wrong.
The breeders always try to cross polinate the flowers and get hybrid seed. When they use the seeds to grow potatoes the first year it is very small then they will plant the small potato and see if they can get good ones.
It is too much for you to use seeds to grow potatos.

Thank you for correct me.
