How much water for my garden

Question
I have planted several garden vegetables this year including pumpkins, string beans, carrots, onions, tomatoes, cantalope, and a variety of squash. I worry that I am not watering them correctly. Some plants have green leaves but don't seem to be putting on much fruit, others have fruit, but it often withers early and drops off. I live in the California, our night time temp is usually in the 50's and the day time temp averages between 85-95 degrees.  Many of my plants get some shade throughout the day, but also sun.  I have a low flow drip system that I let run for 15-20 mins each day.  Each plant has it's own dripper.  Thank you for any advice you can offer.

Answer
Dear Sherri,
I can only make a suggestion or two.  I would try watering for 30 minutes every other day and see if things don't improve.  Don't water through the time of the day when the sun is shining on the plants.
Hopefully these changes will make a difference.
Kind Regards,
Kindred
