What is the name of this flower?

I have been trying to find the name of the flower in this bouquet...  Do you have any suggestion?

Hi Roxane.  Those are gardenias.  They're very delicate, fragrant flowers that are generally available on a wooden pick rather than a stem.  That means they can't soak up water, and the petals must be spritzed with water to keep them moist.  This makes them great for corsages and bridal bouquets, but a very poor choice for any other type of arrangement, since they will only last the day once removed from refrigeration.
