fast growing climbers

Question
I live in a park home and we are not allowed to plant hedges. Can you suggest fast growing climbers that can be planted in containers that can be used as a mobile boundary. I have planted some runner beans but am not sure how greedy they are so how deep containers need to be.

Answer
I like climbing roses. Some of the old fashioned ones like Cecil Brunner, or New Dawn, or Blaze, grow very fast. Evergreen clematis is another fast grower. Mix the two (roses, and clematis) and they make a great pair.
Fast climbers need a lot of nutrients to produce the energy to grow quickly, so they need large containers and good soil. They produce large deep roots, so don't confine them to a small pot.
