phal w/o leaves

Question
Hi all the leaves of my phal fell off already bu the roots are all healthy what can I do?

Answer
Firenze, I wish I could provide you with hope for the future of your plant.  Unfortunately, usually when the leaves all fall from the plant, the growing point from which the leaves originate has also been damaged.  This compromises the ability of the plant to make new leaves.  You could unpot the plant, remove any dead roots, and repot it in fresh orchid potting mix.  When you do this be sure to keep that growing point just above the new potting mix and keep it dry when watering.  I don't want you to hold out false hope for a complete recovery, but sometimes the growing point is still viable and can begin to generate new leaves.
