i was givin a rubber i want to repot it but i dont know what size pot and if i should cut the roots or not please help me!!!!

I suggest that you wait till after April 1st to repot it. The roots will recuperate fromm being repotted faster when the days are longer. You should move it to a pot with a diameter 2 inches larger than the diameter of the pot  it is currently in. I would not root prune it unless you are also going to prune the top growth.
