Growing Succulents (Houseplants)

Growing Succulents (Houseplants)

Succulents have easy requirements for care -- bright indirect light, and infrequent watering and feeding. Water about every 3 weeks and even more sparingly during the winter. If the potting mix stays wet, the plants' roots can begin to rot. Fertilize no more than once a month from spring through summer with a balanced houseplant formula mixed at 1/2 strength. Room temperatures of 55-80°F are fine year round. Repot when root bound, using a well-drained potting mix designed for cacti and succulents.

Please note: the leaves should not be eaten
