Question
Do you know of a product or home-made mixture to completely kill the soil...in alleys etc..
that isn't so terribly expensive.

Hi Bill
to completely sterilize the soil or fumigate it, culltivate and smooth the area then water throughly.spread clear plastic over the area in the hot part of the year.
leave on area for 6 weeks. recultivate and plant if desired.
