I am not a profesional I just want to propagate my VFT by this technique I just want to know how much auxin and citokinin are needed for making roots and how much for making stalks from a part of a leaf ?

Thank you for your question.  Your question is a technical botanical question which is outside of my expertise.  I am a simple horticulturist and I have no experience with tissue culture.  If you are in the U.S., Canada or Great Britain, I can put you in touch with experts who can answer this question.  If you are outside of the U.S. your nation's Ministry of Agriculture should be able to help you.  I hope this helps.
