Hello, I heard that some plants coming from other continents can be brought to a continent and spread there causing biodiversity loss, health and other problems. Do you know if there is list of those species for America and Europe, and if there is some guidelines for planting them in gardens or if it is forbidden?

I did a Google search for "invasive plants list" and the first link to come up was www.nps.gov/plants/alien/factmain.htm

There were state-specific links there as well.  Since I do not know your location, I suggest you see if there is a link there for your state.
