Question
The flowers are disappearing except for the yellow part. Some stems look like they have been broken off.  Some leaves are broken off & look like they've been chewed on.  I find these leaves about 5 feet from the plants & on the plant table.

Your question is not entirely clear to me.  You did not mention if you have a pet in the house, but it sounds as if a cat or puppy may be chewing on your plant.  Is this correct?  I don't know of any other situation where you would find pieces of leaves around the area.  As far as the flowers disappearing, that could possibly be something I could look into for you.   NOTE:  IF you do not have pets please write me back and I will try to help you with the flower problem.  I will look to hear from you.
