Pony Tail My pony tail plant is under our verandah in a garden bed. It has now reached the top of the roof. Can I just lop the top off???

Hi Frank, You can, but it will be awhile before it conforms, for its going to look pretty strange until it sends out side shoots from the cut area; if you are just trying to shorten it, and its looks for the near future isn't that important, then it will be fine (you won't kill it..), but if looks are important, then I would consider moving the entire plant.
