I bought a beautiful bougs for Mother's Day. The blooms disappeared in June. We live in SW MO. She has it sitting on her covered patio/porch. She waters it everyday. What is the best way to take care of it?

Hi Kathy, Bougs don't like too much irrigation, tell her to water it once a week, make certain it is in direct sun all day and watch for insect problems; it will need to be taken in for the colder months and placed in a window where it can maintain direct light. Fertilize it with a low Nitrogen granular once every 3 months and again, water only when the soil is real dry. Nick
