Question
I have 3 rose plants. tallest is >10 feet, This year all of them had average number of Flowers, but very few leaves, I live in Northern New jersey, Any ideas please.

Have you been fertilizing them and cutting them back? If not, I would recommend doing this this fall. The prunign will help to rejuvenate the roses and the fertilizer will nourish the plants for better leaf growth and flower production.
