AnswerDwarf King is a good mini and was in 1957 bred by Kordes in Germany. It is a miniature with medium carmine red flowers which are double (25 petals), cupped, then flat, small blooms borne singly and in clusters and they are slightly fragrant. The foliage is glossy and the bush is compact growing to about 12 inches high and 8 inches wide. You can plant them about 8 inches apart if you want to make a close hedge or 12 inches apart for normal growth. Hope this helps.
