Question
I live in Fort Lupton Colorado. I purchased 2 rose trees my husband planted them per the instructions about 2 months ago.  The trunk is green but there still in no leaves or buds.  My rose bushes are full of leaves. Can you help me?

It sounds like your rose trees are dead. Take something sharp and scratch a few of the canes and see if it is green. If it has any brown colour or marks on the inside of the canes, then the rose has died. The store where you bought them should replace both for you.
