Question
My first blossom and all I got was a few WHITE petals that fell off straight away. It is planted on sheltered ground and a little sun in the afternoon.What am i doing wrong or not doing? I have only had it for 10months

Are you sure it really is Blue Moon?  Blue Moon is a mauvy blue colour. However because it is just a new rose, sometimes they will act strange and make wierd coloured flowers the first time they bloom. Because of that, I wouldn't worry but if the next flowers are white then they sold you the wrong rose. Do keep in mind that a rose bush needs at least 6 hours of full sun to grow and flower well.
