i recently purchased 25 1 gallon knockout roses i watwered them well two of them started dying so i fertilized them with sprinkle on miricle grow rose food now the leaves are turning brown and they are not blooming they r now 4 weeks in the ground what is causing the brown leaves and slow growth?

Answer
Your roses are suffering from being transplanted in a different  environment. When they go under stress the roots don't function so giving them fertilizer sounds kind, but it may have just burnt the leaves. This will happen if the weather is warm. I would water them well daily if need be, to keep the soil damp but not soaking wet. It may take about 10 days before you see new normal growth coming. They shouldn't have started dying but to make sure they are dying, scratch a cane and see if the colour is green If it is then you will know it was just stress that caused the problem.
