double-knock roses not doing well

Question
some have retarted growth and some are doing fine in same lineup are dark pinkred abd some blooms are fading to white, why? some have tiny to no leaves 9retarded growth one) did have instect problem and sprayed for but now so insects and have above problems before and after spraying for bugs  please help thanks clree

Answer
The more questions I get about the new Knock Out roses , the more I am convinced that they will sometimes re-act negatively to some rose sprays. Small, tiny growth is a root problem symptom that should in time cure itself as the roots have just gone dormant because of the transplanting. If there are no diseases on the leaves, the rose bushes should perk up after they have got over the move. Also if your weather was hot when you planted them, that will also put a rose bush under stress and they will re-act by shutting down the roots and so no new growth.
