When to plant knock-out roses

Question
Is is possible to plant double knock-out rosebushes in the fall or are they only planted in the spring?

We live in Pennsylvania

Answer
Knock Out roses are hardy but most roses need to settle in for a year if they have to go through a very cold winter. If you get a cold winter then I would wait until the spring for planting. But if the winter is not a nasty one, then the fall would be okay.
