Question
I purchased a jackson perkins hybrid tea rose somewhere between 1980 and 1990. Probably 40-50 petals. Color was coral pink in the middle with darker pink petals around perimeter. The fragrance was something close to raspberry. Blossoms lasted a long time on the plant and as they got older the darkened in color. Any idea of what rose it was. I sure would like to get another. Unless the rose is very unique in colouring, it is impossible to identify it as Jackson and Perkins will have introduced hundreds of new roses since the 1980 or 90s. The problem is that many of them will look identical to yours, both in colour and scent.
