tree and plant

Question
I live outside of E-Town Kentucky and I noticed countless trees with bright red/orange leaves as well as yellow with spots covering them, also holes and some are even dead, in addition my concern is that it抯 august and leaves are falling like its October all over the surrounding area? Could this be a sign of toxic rain?

Answer
Many areas of the world have been experiencing unusually hot temperatures and this causes all plants to go under stress. Many try to save them selves but getting rid of their leaves because they take the most energy such as supplying water and nutrients. Then when plants are under stress, diseases can get a hold on them. This then causes the leaves and even the trees to die if the weather is unusually hot. I don't think it is a sign of toxic rain. Toxic rain leaves white markings or spots on the tree leaves.
